Most returns happen because size charts are copied off foreign websites. Our sizes are mapped exactly to standard lasts in Pakistan.

Yes, all over Pakistan. The rider hands you the parcel, you open it and check the pair, and only then you pay. If it is not what you ordered, refuse it and pay nothing.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four days for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Three to six days for the rest of the country. Your tracking number is sent on WhatsApp the same day we hand the parcel to the courier.
What if the size is wrong?
You get seven days from delivery to swap for another size, as long as the pair is unworn outdoors and the box is intact. Send one message on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup with the courier.
Are the colours the same as the photos?
Every photo is ours, shot in daylight, with no colour retouching. Screens differ slightly, so if the exact shade matters, ask us for a quick video of the pair before you order.
Do you charge for delivery?
Rs 250 flat, and free on all orders above Rs 4,000. Exchange pickups are free the first time.
Can I order without using the website?
Yes. Send us the style name and your size on WhatsApp and we will confirm stock, total and address in a few messages. Same prices, same cash on delivery.
What if a pair arrives damaged?
Send one photo on WhatsApp. We replace the pair and pay the return courier ourselves, no arguments and no restocking fee.
